The World Resources Institute provides guidance on developing GHG emissions inventories, cost-effective green power purchases, climate change policy implications for business, emissions trading, and provides general stewardship for the Climate Northeast program, a partnership that includes companies from various economic sectors.

Connecticut's climate change website contains some general information about expected climate changes in Connecticut, anticipated impacts and state initiatives and Connecticut's greenhouse gas inventory data. It also includes links to other Connecticut and New England climate change materials.

The site contains the states Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Action Plan, which identifies the major sources of GHGs by source and sector for 1990, and identifies and recommends policy and planning changes in the transportation, energy, industrial, land use and other sectors to reduce state GHG emissions.
Regional Greenhouse Gas Registry (RGGR)
  Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM)
The Regional Greenhouse Gas Registry (RGGR) is one of the action items outlined in the New England Governors-Eastern Canadian Premiers (NEG/ECP) Climate Change Action Plan. It was launched in October 2003 by the Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM).
