Greenhouse Gas and Climate Change Activities

	The site contains the states Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Action Plan, which identifies the major sources of GHGs by source and sector for 1990, and identifies and recommends policy and planning changes in the transportation, energy, industrial, land use and other sectors to reduce state GHG emissions.

	The Regional Greenhouse Gas Registry (RGGR) is one of the action items outlined in the New England Governors-Eastern Canadian Premiers (NEG/ECP) Climate Change Action Plan. It was launched in October 2003 by the Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM).
